I spent eight years as an Executive Assistant in PE and VC in London. External meeting coordination was constant: cross-referencing calendars, converting timezones, typing the same slot format into email after email. I built Slots Picker for myself because I was fed up with it. It saved me so much time that I figured other EAs would want it too.

I built it initially just for myself. Every feature is there because I needed it, not because someone described the EA role to me second hand. It's born out of a real problem I had as an EA, for which Slots Picker became the solution.

How does the free trial work?

Add Slots Picker from Microsoft AppSource and your 14 days start automatically, with no card required. When the trial ends you'll be invited to subscribe on our website. If you don't, the add-in simply stops working, and you're never charged automatically.

How does Slots Picker access my executives' calendars?

You install it (your executives don't need to do a thing) and sign in once with Microsoft. It then reads the calendars you already have access to in Outlook, including any shared with you. Most people add it from AppSource in about a minute; if your organisation restricts add-ins, here's a short page for your IT team.

What if my organisation asks for admin approval?

Some IT teams require approval before a new add-in can be used, which is completely normal. Slots Picker only asks for read-only calendar access and never stores your data. If you're asked to give a reason, you can paste this: "Slots Picker is an Outlook add-in I use to share my executives' availability when scheduling meetings. It has read-only access to calendars I already manage and never stores any calendar data." And for your IT team, everything they need to approve it is on one page: slotspicker.app/for-admins.

Can it change anything in the calendars?

No. Slots Picker has read-only access. It can show you when people are free, but it cannot create, move, edit, or delete a single event.

Is my calendar data stored anywhere?

No. Slots Picker reads your calendars only while you're using it, then saves nothing. We keep your account and your settings, and not one thing about your meetings: not the events, not who's in them, not when they are.

Can I use it for more than one executive?

Yes, that's the point. View several calendars together, toggle who's included, and build a list of times that works across all of them at once.

Does this work with Gmail?

Not yet. Today it's Outlook and Microsoft 365, with a Gmail add-on on the way. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
